For this project I wrote and designed a fundraising appeal letter, writing the letter on behalf of the non-profit’s CEO.
Duties on this project included:
- Writing the letter, using my knowledge of family homelessness and our CEO’s voice to create a compelling case for donations.
- Designing response devices in InDesign. Later appeals included a response device with merging so each donor received a customized ask.
- Coordinating with a printer and mail house to ensure the letters were sent on schedule and timed around an online event.
- Managing feedback and approval from multiple members of leadership.
