Alumni profiles

In my role as a writer for the University of Washington Bothell, I wrote multiple profiles of alumni.

These profiles tend to follow a similar formula or story arc where the alumni talks about:

  • Why they chose to go to UW Bothell for university,
  • how they personally changed during their studies,
  • and what experiences they’ve had since graduating.

Here are a few of my favorites.

The health studies alumnus rising through the ranks of UFC.

Each profile was completed after a 45-minute Zoom interview with the alum.
