My general process for newsletters is to have editorial meetings ahead of publication with all stakeholders to gather ideas for stories and what might be included.
Alumni newsletter
This newsletter connects 34,000 alumni with their alma mater. For that reason, it contains information about upcoming events, news from the university, and stories of alums.
Community newsletter
I led the launch of this newsletter to solve a problem: a university often had pieces of good news, but no way to share them with the wider community. This quarterly newsletter collates the best pieces of good news to share with the wider university community of around 44,000 people.
